I’d Like To Change My Email Address For Future Communications
- Log into the Website.
- Click My Account on the menu bar at the top of the screen, or in the blue box on the bottom left, Manage your Account and Settings.
- In this next page find Change your Email Address.
- Delete the old Email address that will appear, and add your new one.
- Click Change my Email.
- Once this is complete you will receive confirmation on the screen that your email has been updated.
- If this does not work, and you have tried more than once please contact us by filling in the form here.
I’d Like To Reset My Password
- Click Change Password.
- Open the Websites
Login Page. - If you know your password but would simply like to change it, Log in to your account and go straight to Manage your Account and Settings.
- If you have forgotten your Password: Click on Forgot Password.
- On this next page type in your Email address.
- Click on Send Password.
- Shortly you will receive an Email with a New Password.
- Once you have received this, return to the Login Page and type in your Email Address again, and then the Password you just received.
- Once you are logged in. You may create a new password of your own.
- For this: Click My Account on the menu bar at the top of the screen, or in the blue box on the bottom left, Manage your Account and Settings.
- In this next page find Change Your Password.
- Type in the password you wish to change it to.
- Click Change Password

How Do I Apply For A Refund?

Confidence on Camera is not a course designed to test drive or to “hope” it will work. Your success depends on your full commitment to practice, and by continuing to implement the work and the strategies that we will be teaching and sharing with you.
If investing in this program will create
We are confident that you will reap the rewards and benefits of our program. However, you may put it into action that we offer the following refund policy.
If you do the program assignments, ask for support, implement what I teach you, and you still don’t feel that I have delivered on my promise and/or you are still not satisfied with the program, a refund may only be considered after 30 days of course commencement, if you follow all of the following guidelines and steps.
We will require you to fill out a refund questionnaire, document the actions you have taken to fulfill all program requirements, proof of action taken consistent with the program, and submit your completed
Please note that there is a 10% processing fee with any refund, and no refunds will be

I understand that the submission of ALL required coursework/documents listed above does not guarantee a refund if I did not submit completed/satisfactory completion of the weekly challenge coursework, and/or did not use legitimate information/skills that we have discussed or learned in the course. I agree that I have submitted all of the required documents in order to request a refund. Further, I agree that I cannot receive a refund prior to 30 days of course commencement, and I am responsible for ALL payments agreed to at the time of purchase if my refund request is not completed as outlined above.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, I will promptly issue an instruction to the business’s payment processor to issue the refund. Please be aware that we are unable to control how quickly the payment is processed and therefore we will not be able to expedite any refunds.

I’m Not Going To Be Able To Submit My Homework On Time
The course is designed for you to be able to work at your own pace. However, to gain the most benefit and greater results from the program, you should try to the best of your abilities to discuss and go through the work with your group, and complete the exercises in a timely manner as intended. I’m Locked Out Of My Account
I don't even have the courage to hit the record button, is this training suitable for me?
How much time will the course take to complete?
It depends how much effort you would like to put into it, I would say if you are extremely time poor as a minimum: 2 hours per week including group interaction, reviewing the content and putting into practice.
Do you cover how to create a team around you to support creation of regular video content?
Yes.
I have no idea of the tech side of camera's do I need to know this to do the course?
No.
My Videos are boring, do you have a lesson on "how to Not be boring"?
Haha.. No, but the skills you learn on how to be charismatic and engaging will have the same effect
I have no idea how to edit my videos and I'm not even sure if I want to.
There's nothing wrong with that. I can teach you how to find amazing editors on a shoestring budget so you don't have to edit a single minute of footage. You're in the right place.
I feel like I'll look and sound stupid, dull or boring or say the wrong things, do you have a fix for this?
Yes.
I get paralysed by the thought of trying to compete with the other people our there. Is there a fix for this?
